1. Глагол ἐγκαινιάζω имеет в византийский период техническое значение «освящать» (Trapp, s.v.). Поэтому речь может об
освящении храма, а не об обновлении старого (ср. Виноградов 2002, 56). С другой стороны, похожий глагол ἐγκαινίζω единственный
раз в Северном Причерноморье употреблен в V 11 в значении «обновлять». Следует отметить отсутствие
аугмента (ср. IG XII 5 712,58).
По архитектуре и литургическому устройству храм датируется XIV–XV вв. (см. Виноградов, Гайдуков, Желтов 2005, 76).

1. The verb ἐγκαινιάζω, in the Byzantine period, is used in the sense "to sanctify" (see Trapp, s.v.). Therefore, here a reference
might be to the sanctification of a new rather than еру renovation of an old church (see Vinogradov 2002, 56). At the same time, a similar verb
ἐγκαινίζω is used only once in the Northern Black Sea region (V 11) and then in the sense
"to renovate." The verbal form is unaugmented (cf. IG XII,5 712,58).
