Надпись указана А.А. Агафоновым, ему же принадлежит и публикуемое фото, которое является единственным источником наших знаний о надписи.
Отыскать ее в фондах ГМИИ нам не удалось. По своему типу она похожа на надгробия Горного Крыма.

The inscription was identified by A.A. Agafonov, whose photo is published here and is our only source of information about the inscription.
I was not able to find it in the collection of the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts. Its physical characteristics are akin to tombstones from Mountainous Crimea.
